Community Services Department

The City of Garden Grove's Community Services Department provides leisure programs and activities including sports, aquatics, special interest classes, camps, and special events at various locations throughout the community.

The Department also provides information to the public through informative publications, local cable access Channel 3, and news releases sent to the media on a regular basis.

Office of Community Relations

The Office of Community Relations is a division within the Community Services Department that administers public information programs, news and media relations, and special events. This division also manages City publications, cable TV and a community relations component aimed at strengthening ties with residents, City employees, the media, and the City's service clubs, religious organizations, and ethnic groups.
