InternationalWEST officially opens its ninth hotel of the resort area at the Sheraton Grand Opening. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2008, and begins at 5:30 p.m. The Sheraton Garden Grove, located at 12221 Harbor Boulevard, joins other premier hotels in the upscale hotel/retail district.
Mayor Bill Dalton and members of the Garden Grove City Council along with other elected officials are expected to take part in the event.
InternationalWEST is Garden Grove’s paramount resort destination, offering a dynamic mix of upscale dining places, shopping, hotel, and entertainment venues. Bordered to the north by the Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Convention Center, InternationalWEST stands prominently within the heart of Orange County’s largest tourist center.
