The Real Property Division supervises and performs the work involved in the acquisition and sale of real property interests for the City of Garden Grove, the Garden Grove Agency for Community Development, Garden Grove Sanitary District and other public entities.
They oversee and participate in the negotiations of the acquisition of real property interest. Among these are the on-going plans and developments in the International West 
area of Garden Grove.
They also provide relocation assistance and benefits to property owners in relocation activities. A couple of the many successful business transfers include Los Sanchez Mexican Restaurant and Green's Glass & Screens .
