If home ownership and neighborhood pride are important to you, consider volunteering just a few hours per month for the Garden Grove Neighborhood Preservation Volunteer Program, and make a big impact in your community. Interest, time, and energy are all that are needed. Neighborhood Preservation Volunteers help to ensure that residential Municipal Code standards are adhered to in our community.

Volunteers typically work in pairs on weekends performing duties related to documenting exterior residential maintenance violations. Individuals passing the selection process will receive a uniform, use of a City vehicle, and thorough training, at no cost.

Garden Grove is a diverse community that promotes and preserves unique and individual residential character within an established community standard.
