The City of Garden Grove's Tiny Tots and Kare Bears programs offer a convenient alternative to private daycare for pre-schoolers. Openings still exist for these programs that give children, between the ages of three and five, an early start to Kindergarten by teaching them learning and socialization skills that promote personal growth and development. Activities combine stories, games, crafts, and playtime that help to build a sense of self-worth, confidence and respect through a safe and positive experience. Each session also includes a parent participation excursion to a local place of interest.
