Practice your backswing and show your support for the Vietnam War Museum of America Foundation (VWMAF) at its inaugural fundraising Golf Tournament. The tourney takes place on Wednesday, October 23, at the Navy Golf Course Seal Beach, located at 5660 Orangewood Avenue in Cypress. Golfers can enjoy a full day of competition and recreation while helping to raise funds to build a future Vietnam War museum in Garden Grove. $175 per player includes putting and long drive contests, a barbeque lunch, dinner, and a Hole-In-One opportunity to win a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The tournament is capped off by a silent auction with prizes that include two roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines; 4-pack of Disneyland Park Hopper tickets; Samsung Galaxy Tablet; one-year social membership at Old Ranch Country Club worth $2,000; and a variety of gift certificates to popular attractions and golf course.
