Garden Grove Residents Satisfied With Quality of Life

A recently commissioned independent survey shows Garden Grove residents are highly satisfied with their quality of life and their vital city services.

Civic Center Pond Closing for Maintenance

Garden Grove’s Civic Center pond, located in Civic Center Park, at the cross streets of Stanford Avenue and Euclid Street, will be closing for maintenance on Monday, March 19, 2018 to Monday, April 2, 2018. For the safety of park visitors, the pond will be fenced off to the public during the two-week project. Maintenance activities will not disrupt the park’s wildlife.

DUI Saturation Patrol Planned on St. Patrick’s Day

The Garden Grove Police Department is dedicated to spreading the message about the dangers of driving under the influence. This St. Patrick's Day weekend, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., the Garden Grove Police Department will deploy additional officers on a special DUI saturation patrol to stop drivers under the influence.

The Dig is on for Easter Eggs

It’s that time of year for Garden Grove’s 10th annual “Eggs-cavation” event on Saturday, March 31, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Atlantis Play Center. Atlantis Play Center is located at 13630 Atlantis Way in Garden Grove Park. Only 300 tickets for egg hunt participants are available.
