The City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Community Meeting Center (equipped with hearing loops, hearing assistance technology) 11300 Stanford Avenue.

If you wish to bring an item to the City Council's attention, you may do so by writing to the City Council. Material should be mailed to City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, P. O. Box 3070, Garden Grove, CA 92842, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. A copy of your material will be distributed to all City Council Members.
Routine matters or complaints may be handled by contacting City Departments directly or by calling the main information number, (714) 741-5000.
Citizens may address the City Council during the Oral Communications portion of the meeting or during public hearings. Persons wishing to address the City Council at a meeting, are requested to first complete a speaker card. This card should be given to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. You will be called to the podium at the time the matter is being considered.
City Council meetings are broadcast live on Channel 3 or YouTube at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and rebroadcast at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Saturday.
