Narrative: On Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at approx. 1415 hours, the victim lost his Bank of America credit card in the men’s bathroom at the Marriott Suites Hotel. Once the victim realized the card was lost, he checked the card usage history. The lost card had been used at Target and Vons grocery store, both within close distance to the hotel. Video surveillance from Target and Vons shows these two suspects purchasing approx. $550.00 worth of merchandise using the victim’s credit card.

Narrative: On Monday, February 13, 2017 at approx. 1100 hours, a male white subject entered the AT&T store. The subject walked towards the display case where the LG phones are displayed. Minutes later, the subject quickly leaves the store. After the subject left, the store employee checked the case and found that a gold LG G5 phone was missing. Approximate loss is $688.99.

Narrative: On Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at approx. 1057 a male Hispanic is seen on video surveillance hopping over a gate and into a gated community carport area. The suspect walked through the drive area and into a carport. He is then seen exiting the carport, hopping on top of the dumpsters and back over the gate. That same morning, a resident of the community reported that her secured vehicle had been broken into. The victim’s car was parked in the same carport that the suspect was seen entering. The window had been smashed and her Apple IPhone 6 was missing. Approximate loss is $400.00

Narrative: On Monday, November 28, 2016 at approx. 0800 hours, the victim went to the LA Fitness to work out. After his workout, he found his locker had the combination lock cut off of it and his wallet was stolen. His wallet contained $200 cash, CDL, LA Sheriff’s Dept. Retired ID card, Military ID card, Citibank credit card, a Wells Fargo bank debit card and a Chase bank debit card. The victim later learned his credit cards were used four times in the area of the Cerritos Mall. Above photos are of the suspect using the card at Nordstrom’s in the Cerritos Mall.

Narrative: On Saturday, December 24, 2016 at approximately 1643 hours, five suspects entered the Burlington Coat Factory. The suspects filled shopping carts with store merchandise and exited the store with the items without paying for them. There was a dark, newer, unknown model, SUV waiting for them outside the doors. The suspects filled the SUV with the items and left. Estimated value of stolen goods is approximately $1,000.00

Narrative: On Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at approx.1652 hours, two female suspects entered the bookstore and walked around like patrons to the business. As the store employee stepped away from the cashier counter, suspect #1 stepped behind the counter and reached into an unsecured basket and removed several envelopes containing cash. Total loss approx. $3,000. The suspects exited the store and drove off in a silver 4 door sedan. These are the same suspects from case number 16051507.

Narrative: On Thursday, December 22, 2016 at approx. 1547 hours, a female suspect driving a Silver/Blue Expedition pulled into the victim’s driveway moments after a UPS delivery truck dropped off a package. The suspect exited the driver side of her vehicle and walked directly up to the front door of the home and removed three packages from the porch area. The suspect walked back to her vehicle, put all three packages into the vehicle and left the property.

Narrative: On Thursday, January 19, 2017 at approx. 0245 hours, a male suspect gained entrance to the Smoking Ribs restaurant by using a blunt force object to force open one of the wood panels of the main entrance door. The subject attempted to steal the business computer till system along with the cash box. The computer till was left at the scene but the subject left with the cash box that contained approx. $800 in cash. There was a male subject seen in the restaurant on 1/18/17 @1034 hours, drawing on a napkin at the bar. The pictures above were obtained through the restaurant’s surveillance video of that subject. A paper napkin with the restaurant’s layout drawn on it was found on the floor of the restaurant after the break in. The owner’s believe it was drawn by the subject above and was used in the robbery to bypass the alarm motion detectors.

Narrative: On Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at approx.1400 hours, the victims respond to an ad for two Disneyland tickets on the “Offer Up” app. The victims agreed to meet the suspect in the above photo at the CVS Pharmacy in order to purchase the two Disneyland park tickets. After giving the suspect $240.00 in cash and receiving the two tickets, the victims went to Disneyland. As they attempted to get into the park, they were told that both tickets had already been used and were denied entrance. The victims have tried to contact the suspect several times, but have had no luck reaching him.

Narrative: On Friday, January 13, 2017 at approx. 1015 hours, the victim placed her cell phone on the store counter while paying for her purchases. The victim purchased her items and left the store, leaving her cell phone on the counter. A female picked up the phone and appeared to attempt to find the owner. She then handed the phone to the male suspect above, and he exited the store with it. The phone was not returned to the victim. Approximate loss of the Galaxy Note 5 cell phone is $700.

While one suspect distracted the owner of the store, the other female suspect took another customer’s purse that was left on a counter near the register. The suspect put the purse in a large handbag that she carried into the store with her. Both suspects left the store on foot. Total loss was $1,000 in cash, and pieces of Pandora jewelry with an estimated value of $1,000.

The suspect approached the cash register with the items in a basket. The store employee began to ring him up. The suspect tells the employee that he left his wallet in the car. He leaves to go and get his wallet. When he returns, he swiped his credit card and was advised by the employee that the card was declined. The suspect then grabbed the bag containing the items and walked out the store. He is seen leaving in a newer, charcoal grey Chrysler 300, unknown plates.

The business was also ransacked with several items of cigarette cartons taken and cash. The suspects were seen fleeing in the above described suspect vehicle. The suspect used a hammer to smash a hole in the door and after he gained entry, he stole the safe from this room. The suspect then smashed the front door to the business and exited with the safe. The suspect left westbound on Garden Grove Blvd. in the dark Infiniti sedan in the above photo.
