Garden Grove City Council

City of Garden Grove Council Meetings

The City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Closed sessions, when scheduled, start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the City Council meeting, which includes Oral Communications at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, at the Community Meeting Center, located at 11300 Stanford Avenue.

If you wish to bring an item to the City Council's attention, you may do so by writing to the Council. Material should be sent to the City Clerk at City Hall, P. O. Box 3070, Garden Grove, CA 92842. A copy of your material will be distributed to all City Council members.

Routine matters or complaints may be handled by contacting City Departments directly or by calling the main information number, (714) 741-5000.

As an alternative to writing to the City Council, citizens may address the Council during the Oral Communications portion of the meeting or during public hearings. Persons wishing to address the Council must first complete an information card, available from the City Clerk at the meeting.
