Narrative: On the above date and time, the listed suspects broke into a locked vehicle by unknown means and stole a purse from within. The victim’s children later found the purse but the contents from within were missing. Narrative: On Monday, 05/19/14, at 1735 hours, a victim reported someone stole his credit card and was making unlawful transactions. The victim’s credit card was used on six different occasions at four different locations, three of which were in Garden Grove. Moreover, after the credit cards were cancelled the suspect called the credit card provider and attempted to order more credit cards using the victim’s information. On the above dates and time, the listed suspect was observed via surveillance video using the victim’s credit card at a Target store, located at 13831 Brookhurst St.

Prior to making entry, the suspects disconnected the surveillance cameras and then entered the residence through an unlocked rear sliding door. The suspects stole two laptops and one handheld gaming console

Narrative: On Monday, 02/24/2014, at approximately 1520-1525 hours, the above suspect was observed via surveillance entering the CVS store located at 12031 Brookhurst St. The suspect selects two gift cards and attempts to pay for the gift cards with a credit card. The signature and card number on the card appear to be fake or altered. The clerk notifies the supervisor and when confronted by the supervisor the suspect becomes nervous and leaves without the gift cards. The suspect leaves on foot, leaving his vehicle and the credit card behind.

After victim grabbed her children and went inside the daycare center, it appears on video that a male Asian was looking into her window and then took items from the unlocked jeep Cherokee. Suspect drove away immediately. Took victim’s purse, wallet, black Smith & Wesson revolver handgun, which was loaded with five shots and the caliber, was a .380, and LAPD identification card.

A woman claimed the purse was hers but later returned the purse to the restaurant claming that the purse was indeed not hers. At approximately 2045 hours, the above listed suspect entered the restaurant claming the purse belonged to his girlfriend. An employee gave the suspect the victim’s purse without verifying ownership.

Both suspects appeared as if they were lost and needed assistance on located a conference room. The suspects entered an unattended conference room and removed electronics from attendee’s belongings.

Narrative: On Thursday 7/04/2013 at approx 2120 hours, the above listed suspects were observed via surveillance video, wandering the hallways of the Bridge Creek Business Complex located at 12832 Valley View St. The suspects could be seen looking under the doors while wandering the hallways. The male suspect was seen with a crowbar. The male and the female suspect were seen walking through the hallway carrying several bags of property. Both Suite #201 and Suite #203 had pried main hallway entry doors. The suspects removed computer equipment, several bottles of wine and liquor and a victim’s bowling bag.

The vehicle was stolen a second time on 11-28-12 and recovered in Orange the next day. Victim believes likely the same suspect.
